- Refunds are only applicable for new purchases within the first 48 hours of service activation.
- Refunds are not available for renewals, domain registrations, or one-time setup fees.
- Any refund request must be accompanied by a valid reason that demonstrates service issues on our end.

- Violations of our Terms & Conditions.
- Suspensions due to abusive, illegal, or harmful activity.
- Customer-initiated cancellations after more than 48 hours of service activation.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
- Once a cancellation request is processed, all associated data may be permanently deleted.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
